We were fascinated by the hovercraft leaving for France. This is a craft capable of traveling over surfaces while supported by a cushion of slow moving, high pressure air. In this photo, it is just beginning to turn around.

The statue is the Imperial Memorial Statue to Queen Victoria, and it faces the front of the Palace. If you can get there in time, it's also a great place to watch the parade.
